1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using pfManager, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

pfManager is currently offered as a beta product. Features may change, break, or be discontinued at any time without notice.

2. Beta and As Is Service

pfManager is provided on an as is and as available basis.

We make reasonable efforts to provide a stable and secure service, but we do not guarantee:

  • Uptime
  • Availability
  • Accuracy of data
  • Security against all possible threats
  • Compatibility with any specific system or environment

You use the service entirely at your own risk.

3. No Warranty

To the maximum extent permitted by law, pfManager expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to:

  • Implied warranties of merchantability
  • Fitness for a particular purpose
  • Non infringement

We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error free, or free of harmful components.

4. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall pfManager, its owners, operators, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of data
  • Loss of profits
  • System downtime
  • Misconfiguration
  • Security incidents
  • Service interruptions

This applies even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

5. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

  • Your firewall configurations
  • Credentials and access control
  • Changes applied through the platform
  • Compliance with applicable laws and policies

pfManager does not replace proper testing, backups, or security practices.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the service at any time, for any reason, with or without notice.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
